Hercules VIP Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Hercules VIP Rewards Program (the "Program") rewards customers ("Members") with points for purchases made through our online store. These points
can be redeemed for rewards available on our website.

2. Eligibility
The Program is open to any individual who have registered for an account on our website. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

3. Earning Points
Members may earn points for every qualifying purchase made through our online store. The rate at which points are earned may vary based on promotions or specific product categories. Points will be automatically credited to your account upon successful completion of your order.

4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards listed in the rewards section of our website,
subject to availability. The redemption process is completed online.

5. Points Expiration
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active (by making a purchase in a 12 Month period). Your points may expire if your account shows no activity (such as making a purchase) for 12 months. Please note points redemption does not count towards your account activity.

6. Non-Transferable
Points earned are linked to your online account and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account or individual.

7. No Cash Value
Points accumulated through the Program have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points can only be used to redeem rewards available through our online store.

8. Changes to the Program
Hercules Supplements Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

9. Termination
Hercules Supplements Australia may, at its discretion, terminate your eligibility in the Program if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability
Hercules Supplements Australia is not responsible for any technical issues, lost points, or other problems related to the Program.

Hercules VIP Rewards Program Friend Referral Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the terms on which we, Hercules Supplements Australia, offer eligible participants the opportunity to receive rewards points for referring new customers under our Hercules Supplements Australia VIP Rewards Program (Program).


Am I eligible to participate in the Hercules Supplements Australia VIP Rewards Referral Program?

To be eligible: any individual over the age of may participate in the Program. Corporate entities or businesses are not eligible; and you must have an active customer account at www.herculessupplements.com.au. You can register an account for free using the link - Hercules VIP Rewards.

We may determine other eligibility criteria without notice to you. 

How do I Refer Customers?

(a) an individual arriving at www.herculessupplements.com.au by clicking on your unique link;

(b) the individual completing a purchase through www.herculessupplements.com.au within 30 days of using your unique link; and

(c) the individual residing at a different address to you; and

(d) the purchase is not canceled or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Should the order be cancelled or refunded in that time we will deduct and points allocated to you in relation to that order. 

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any costs that you incur in referring new customers to us. 

How do I qualify for a reward? 

If you refer a new customer using your unique link, you may be eligible for a reward as long as you comply with our requirements. 

You agree: 

  • When sharing your unique link, to disclose that you may receive a reward if any third party uses your unique link;
  • not to make any false or misleading statements about our products, brand or company; 
  • not to use our trademarks without our prior written consent; 
  • not to make health claims about our products; and
  • you must comply with all laws that apply to you, including anti-SPAM laws and use of personal information.

 We may determine other requirements without notice to you. 


What reward can I get? 
If we determine that you qualify for a reward, your reward is based on the number of new customers that you refer to us. ie. 1 new customer equals 100 points.

We:

  • will use our own means to track and determine whether you qualify for a reward and the reward to be given via the rewards platform which you your dashboard is based from;
  • may change our reward structure at any time with notice to you, permanently or temporarily; 

In addition:

  • your referee must use your coupon code within 30 calendar days of the coupon code being sent to them; 
  • the coupon has no cash value and may not be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions, or used on previous purchases; subscription and multiple tub discounts are exempt from this rule and coupon will only be applied to the first order of any subscriptions.
  • the coupon cannot be transferred or sold; and
  • is limited to 1 per new customer only.

We will take reasonable steps to credit your points within 30 calendar days of your referee completing their purchase, subject to any reasonable delays.
