Hercules Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. By applying, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Enrollment
To enrol in the affiliate program, you must complete the application process with all relevant information. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Links
Once approved, you will receive unique affiliate links to promote our products. You agree to use these links to ensure proper tracking of referrals and commissions.

4. Commission Structure
Ambassadors will earn a commission of 10% on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links. Commissions are paid 30 days from date of order shipment to allow for any returns or credits that may be applied to orders via bank transfer.

5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to the following promotional guidelines: Use only approved marketing materials provided by Hercules Supplements. Do not engage in false advertising or make misleading claims about our products.Do not use spam or unsolicited email marketing to promote your affiliate links.

6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:

Bid on our brand name or related keywords in pay-per-click advertising.
Use the affiliate program for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Promote content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
Hercules Supplements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

11. You agree to engage with 80% of Hercules Content as a Brand Ambassador.
