Will the website be locked down?

Yes! The website will be locked for a period of 2 hours from 8am AEST until 10am AEST November 7th 2024.

How do I go into the draw to win?

Simply spend $100 AUD (after discounts) and you will receive a physical Scratch & Win card in your order. You will receive 1 scratch ticket per $100 spent and the maximum amount of cards per order is 5 ($500 spend).

How do I claim my prize?

- Winners of major prizes must present their original Scratch & Win card to claim the prize.

- To claim your Hercules Voucher or Product prize, simply use the code on the voucher at checkout. All codes are 1 time use.

- Scratch & Win cards with illegible, altered, defaced, or incomplete scratch areas will not be accepted.

- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of order being sent. Prizes unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.

- Cannot be used with any other offer.

Shipping & Returns

What's your returns & exchange policy?

You are welcome to return unopened items purchased at discount during our Black Friday 2024 Sale. Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For all returns, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the price you paid during the sale. During the Black Friday 2024 Sale period, we kindly request that customers allow at least 7 business days for their return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. To accommodate this, we have extended our return policy to 14 days for orders placed during the sales.

Can I choose Express Shipping?

If you opt for Express Shipping, it's important to understand that this selection won't result in your order being prioritised during the initial dispatch process (pick and pack from our warehouse). However, it will be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, as it will be shipped via express post for faster delivery.

Is Free Shipping included?

It sure does. Spend over $150 AUD (after discount) and you will receive free standard shipping Australia wide. Please note standard shipping may take up to 5 - 10 business days depending on location.

Express shipping and international shipping will incur their respective charges at the checkout.

Orders

How long until I receive my order?

During this period, our warehouse will be in operation seven days a week with extended working hours each day to ensure the swift dispatch of your orders.

Due to the high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, we kindly request that you allow up to 15 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order. You will receive dispatch information (indicating that your order has been picked and packed) during this time. Once your order is dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via Email.

It's worth noting that this period is exceptionally busy for couriers as they approach their peak season. Consequently, there may be differing delays depending on your location, and it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Rest assured, orders will be swiftly leaving the Hercules warehouse, and our couriers are working extended hours to ensure your packages reach you promptly.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.

Can I track my order?

Your tracking information will become available when the shipping label is generated at our warehouse. Afterward, your order will be picked up and scanned out of our warehouse by the courier. It's quite common for your tracking link to initially display as 'Invalid' or 'Pending,' and this is perfectly normal. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Due to the substantial number of orders leaving our warehouse, some couriers transport parcels to their sorting facilities for initial scans. This is the reason behind the potential delay in tracking updates. Please keep in mind that this is a particularly busy period for our participating couriers as they gear up for their peak season.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Due to the thousands of orders, we receive over Black Friday, we are unable to split orders or change orders after they have been placed.

If you require your order to be cancelled, please note we can only do so if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled you will need to follow the returns process in order to receive a refund.

Subscriptions & Other Offers

Can I start a new subscription during the sale?

Sorry, new subscriptions cannot be made during the sale period and as such will be unavailable.

All current subscriptions orders due to be dispatched will continue as normal at the usual subscription price.

Will there be dynamic price changes or other offers during the sale?

All prices are final at the time of your purchase. If the price decreases after your order has been placed the lesser price can not be offered. 

We also will have varying offers during the sale and are only valid at that time.

Can I use other discount codes during the sale?

All sale prices are final and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts aside from Free Shipping ($150).

Scratch & Win Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the
participation in the Hercules Supplements (Aust)Scratch & Win Card
Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, the
participant agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
1.1. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees, contractors, and agents of Hercules Supplements (Aust),its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3. The Promotion is void where
prohibited by law.

Period
2.1. The Promotion commences on 7th November 2024
and concludes on the discretion of Hercule Supplements, or until all
Scratch & Win cards are distributed, whichever comes first.

How
to Participate
3.1. To participate in the Promotion, an individual
must make a qualifying purchase online at www.herculessupplements.com.au,
during the Promotion Period, and will receive between one and five Scratch & Win card per qualifying transaction. 3.2. Scratch & Win cards are available while stocks last and will not be reissued once exhausted.

Prizes
4.1. Each Scratch & Win card reveals a prize message when scratched.

4.2. Prizes vary and may include, but are not limited to, discounts on
products, free merchandise, gift vouchers, or other promotional items, as determined by Hercules Supplements (Aust).

4.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.

4.4. Hercules Supplements (Aust)reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the original prize is unavailable.

5.1. Winners must present their original Scratch & Win card to claim the major prize.  All minor prizes are claimable on Hercules Website on your next order.

5.2. Scratch & Win cards with illegible, altered, defaced, or incomplete scratch areas will not be accepted.

5.3. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of order being sent. Prizes unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.

General
Conditions
6.1. Hercules Supplements (Aust) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any
participant who does not comply with these Terms.

6.2. Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Scratch & Win cards, or any fraudulent activity related to this Promotion, will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

6.3. Hercules Supplements (Aust) will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail, including any claims not received due to postal or delivery delays.

6.4. Hercules Supplements (Aust)will not be liable for any injury, damage,
or loss that may occur in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance
or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by
law.

Privacy
7.1. Hercules Supplements (Aust) will collect and use personal information
in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at

7.2. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the
collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the
purposes of administering this Promotion.

Governing
Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Queensland Australia.

Modification
or Cancellation
9.1. Hercules Supplements (Aust) reserves the right to
modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice if
circumstances arise outside of its control.

participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
