Been there tried this and that but neverrrrrrrr everrrrrrr have a noticed an instant difference.
Tried husband's high stim pre workout and I went from a mediocre 4/5 to an outstanding 9.5 at my gym class and the endurance factor, well that's just incredible 👌
My fat burner is 4 n 1 and just as good for my workouts. I like the flavour and no powdery after taste. I workout 430pm and zero issue with falling asleep by 8pm!
Cravings have gone. Fasting is a breeze 16/8. When I do eat I'm full quickly. 1 teeny scoop in the morning and another before my workout.

Fantastic little whisk. I didn't think it would do such a good job mixing the Hercules burn of the gods product. Quite powerful little unit. I recommend everyone to get one and you will be very satisfied with it
